Duke Crocker is a character from the tv show Haven based on a Steven King novel the Colorado Kid.  He is portrayed by Eric Balfour. Duke is a charming young rogue who runs a shady import/export business from his boat, the Cape Rouge. The police believe him to be a smuggler.  Wikipedia  He is made for a request.  See below the pictures to download him.
