I have installed, deleted, and re-installed this pack over ten times and every single time it does not show up in my game. All other tattoo packs I get show up, either in the actual tattoo section or the accessory section. This does not. Please fix it, as you will be making a lot of people happy.
I checked the tattoos in my game and they show up ok in create a household tattoo area. Is your game patched all the way? Tattoos were introduced in Ambitions so your game would have to be patched to that expansion. I believe you don't need Ambitions but you must be patched to it. I did have a little problem getting them with mediafire but eventually they downloaded ok Sorry that they aren't working for you. I did make Harry Styles with the tattoos-maybe if you download him you might get the tattoos on him??? Just a thought : )
