Quaint Colonial Home circa 1682 by prettysimsmaker

Here is a cute old fashioned home for your simmies!!  A modified version of a famous Colonial home built around 1682 in Massachusetts called the Parson Capen home which I built for my simmie Jane Austen.  Four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parlor, eat in country kitchen, formal dining room, and study where Jane can write her famous books!!  Barn/garage attached. Cute garden spot and small pond.    I put the sims3 store cows and chickens but they aren't included.  A perfect home for your old fashioned sims!!  Please download below and add cc to make it look like my house!!
